Mr. Peterson provided programming, design, and document services for Connell Realty's $35,000,000 speculative office building of 1,000,000 square feet plus parking structures for 3,400 cars. The granite-faced curtain wall building was organized in two ten-story structures connected by an atrium/cafeteria and service center. The project also included responsibility for permitting and project compliance under an existing development agreement.
