Mr. Peterson provided design expertise in child development centers to the team and was responsible for programming and conceptual design. The project consists of a new one-story child development center for 244 children with associated outdoor play area and equipment, and the demolition of Building 260. The Center was programmed and designed in accordance with Corp of Engineers DD Form 1391 and other governing Military Regulations, most especially standards from the Baltimore Child Development Facilities Group.
