Todd Havekotte
Mr. Havekotte's experience spans the commercial, institutional and government, higher education, religious, residential, retail, and transit markets. He excels at team dynamics and consensus building. Between graduation from CMU in 1976 and beginning the KSBH practice in 1984, Mr. Havekotte worked at a number of Pittsburgh Architectural firms focused in the commercial and institutional markets. For twelve years and ten months, from March of 1984 to January of 1997, Mr. Havekotte was a founding partner in the firm of KSBH. He was head of production among his other roles for the firm. While with KSBH, Mr. Havekotte performed the following specific duties:
- Work with partners to establish and grow the firm
- Coordinate multi-discipline project teams
- Implement project management and quality control
- Business development and Marketing
- Contract Management and Invoicing
For fourteen months, from January of 1997 to March of 1997, Mr. Havekotte served as Senior Project Manager for Cunzolo Associates, a practice specializing in the k/12 education market. While with Cunzolo Associates, Mr. Havekotte performed the following specific duties:
- Manager of Architecture Operations
- Business Development and Marketing
- Contract Management and Invoicing
For four years and seven months, from March of 1998 to October of 2002, Mr. Havekotte served different roles including the Director of Architecture with Baker & Associates, a unit of the Michael Baker Corporation. While with Baker & Associates, Mr. Havekotte performed the following specific duties:
- Project Manager and Project Architect for commercial and residential architecture projects
- Coordinate multi-discipline project teams for both Traditional Design delivery projects and Design Build projects
- Project quality control
- Business development and Marketing
- Contract Management and Invoicing
In October of 2002, Mr. Havekotte left Michael Baker and established his own sole-practitioner practice called TRH Architect, Inc. in Allison Park, which remains in effect today. During this time Mr. Havekotte performed the following specific duties:
- Project Manager and Project Architect for commercial and residential architecture projects
- Coordinate multi-discipline project teams
- Business development and Marketing
