Mr. Peterson led the team providing programming, design, document services, and marketing materials for the private development of an 18-story high-rise luxury condominium on a pier on the Delaware River. He was also responsible for government and agency hearings and approvals, and participated in the market feasibility research and response. The $37,000,000 project included an on-pier parking structure, public lobby and support facilities, boat docks, and 137 condominium units ranging in market value from $350,000 to $1,000,000.
